Refund policy

Damages and issues 

  • We Do not Offer Returns Or Exchange Unless The Product Is Damaged Or Incorrect 
  • We Check each and Every product Before Dispatch to ensure product delivery in Perfect condition.
  • To be Eligible for a return, The product must be in the Same condition, Unused in Its original Packaging.
  • Any Return should be done within 3 Working Days. 
  • We recommend our customers to take a complete Unpacking & Unboxing Video from start to end of the package you have received to rule out any damage in transit or incorrect product.
  • The Video Must be complete without any Pause, Unedited and the package  received should be in clear 360 degree Angle.
  • Without a perfect unpacking video as instructed above, we will not accept any requests for Refund & Exchange.
  • Please avoid deep Cuts by Scissors or Cutter for opening the Package. Only Superficial Slit or Cut of the package is Recommended.
  • If received any wrong or damaged product, please send us the Complete video as instructed, as an attachment Via email or You can what's app us Immediately.
  • Any Damage or Incorrect order has to be reposted within 24 hours after the Delivery.
  • After Receiving the video, We will evaluate the issue and try making it right.
  • If your request is Valid and return is accepted, We will send you Instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Item sent back to us without any notice will not be accepted.

Refunds / Exchange

  • If you would like to Apply for a refund or an exchange, Please follow the above instructions carefully and also mention the reason for the same.
  • Refund will me initiated within 5 to 7 Working Days. 
  • Refund or Exchange is initiated from our end only after we Receive the product back to our Warehouse.
  • We will notify you once We have received & inspected the return package.
  • If approved, you'll be refunded on your Original Payment Method or any other Mode of Requested.
  • The Refund will be only initiated for the Product, Shipping charges will not be refunded as the Service were already used to deliver the product.
